Record the episode/audio file
Each episode of the podcast will be a separate audio file. MP3 is the best choice as it offers a balance between quality and file size.
Upload files to the podcast hosting and get an RSS feed
The podcast host is the intermediary between the podcast and the audience. After audio files are published on the hosting service. You can receive an RSS feed link from the host.
Submit an RSS feed to podcast directories
To gain exposure and audience for the podcast, you can distribute published audio files to different podcast directories (such as Spotify, iTunes, etc.) via RSS feed.

Explain how podcasts are sustainable (ie future uses) and meet community needs.
Podcasts would be sustainable in the future because they will last a long time and you will have them forever. Way we can use podcasts in the future is maybe to record the story of our family. These days we forget and don't know our family story. Get our grandparents to tell us and we record it. We can also use podcasts in the future by recording dreamtime stories so that we can have them forever and people who don't know them can hear them and see their culture.
